The Fuelcraft product line originated from a deep understanding of customer needs. Through an expanding partnership with Lycoming, now part of Hartzell Engine Tech, we developed a complete range of engine-driven fuel pumps for their fuel injection and geared engines.
Since then, Fuelcraft fuel pumps have consistently been original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products for Lycoming engines. Our designs provide a reliable technological platform that can be extended to meet the needs of other engine developers.

Fuelcraft manufactures three main types of fuel pumps, all featuring innovative designs and significant upgrades over previous generations. Fuelcraft has upgraded from traditional, inefficient steel blades to proprietary carbon blades. These new, lightweight, low-friction carbon blades reduce pump bushing wear, thus extending the lifespan of expensive replacement parts during overhauls.
Strict tolerances between the blades and bushings ensure less pressure fluctuation and more stable pump performance. An integrated bypass system allows the electric booster pump to continuously supply fuel to the engine during startup and in rare in-flight emergencies.
