AeroForce uses advanced CNC equipment to produce aircraft turbocharger components, inspects them using precision coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), and precisely balances each assembly using high-speed dynamic balancing equipment with a balancing speed capability exceeding 100,000 rpm. Our products meet virtually all size and performance requirements, covering the full range of aircraft models from the Rotax 914 engine to Continental and Lycoming engines used in supercharged aircraft.

AeroForce provides a variety of controllers that serve as the core control units of aviation turbocharger systems. They automatically monitor cabin pressure/cylinder pressure to ensure that the aircraft maintains sea-level horsepower output in high-altitude environments while preventing the turbocharger from overspeeding.

The AeroForce exhaust gas regulating valve responds to the controller's commands, managing turbine speed by precisely adjusting exhaust pressure and is available in two valve styles depending on the specific application scenario.

The AeroForce overpressure relief valve is an auxiliary safety device for aviation turbocharger systems. When the compressor discharge pressure exceeds a preset threshold, the valve will automatically open to prevent overpressure damage to the engine.

The AeroForce turbine oil return pump efficiently returns lubricating oil from the turbocharger center case to the engine crankcase, creating a continuous circulation system with a constant supply of fresh oil.
